“ My boyfriend and I stopped by in the morning for breakfast on our way to Zion, and despite being one of the only places available between Vegas and Utah, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food was pretty good, but what impressed me even more was their friendly and very polite customer service, along with their attention to detail. From the high chairs being turned out so you can easily slide into them to the utensils neatly laid out for each guest, the neatness of this place is truly inviting. In this quiet desert, I was pleasantly surprised--it's a true hole-in-the-wall gem! ”
“ Stuck in traffic after a detour off of the 15, we were so hungry we were getting shaky. So we pulled over and tried the Muddy River Bar. We got the double cheeseburger with bacon and onion rings. The burger meat was tasty, definitely worth an order. They didn't ask how we wanted it cooked, would have asked for medium rare, but it tasted so good even at the medium/medium well. And if you like crispy onion rings, this is the place to go! Perfectly crispy, yet not dry. The servers that helped us where very helpful and attentive. And yes the restaurant itself is bare bones but, we weren't expecting much from a small diner. It was clean and comfortable with good food, so 4 stars from me. ”
“ Great food, great food and family atmosphere we come here whenever we can just to sit down and enjoy not making our own breakfast. I love the omelettes. ”
“ Don't let looks deceive you, they are very much open, if you go at the right time! Even if this were not the only spot in town for breakfast, it would still be my go-to spot! In the kitchen Rob Is preparing the all the food fresh, and full of flavor. From the simple Muddy Breakfast (eggs, choice of meat, potatoes, toast) to the amazing huevos rancheros with Chile Verde, and everything in between, you can't go wrong. At lunch, the buffalo chicken tenders (which can also come in a quesadilla) are amazing! In the dining room, Sierra and the rest of the crew are just as amazing! Always quick with a menu suggestion, or a drink refill, and kind as can be! ”
“ We stopped here on the way to Vegas from Utah. It looks closed from the outside. Inside, the workers are friendly. The food is good and made fresh. A great slice of Americana! There are two entrances, pull into the driveway just past the building to avoid damaging the bottom of your car. ”
“ Stopped for breakfast on the way to St. George. Small roadside place. Nothing special from the outside, inside had nice decor and very clean. Food was excellent. Coffee was very good. Service with a smile. Would have returned the next day but was late afternoon and past closing. ”
“ A good hearty breakfast was had this Sunday morning. Good coffee and service accompanied our selections of Huevos Rancheros and Country Fried Steak & Eggs. It's always fun finding a good mom and pop when traveling. Can't beat comfort food with good portions to start your day. ”
